I am a licensed therapist in both FL and PA and am able provide in person and online counseling. I have undergone intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This therapy combines cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness components and helps individuals alleviate emotional distress and improve relationships. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based, Mindfulness, Recovery Focused and Harm Reduction Focused modalities and techniques in working with my client.
I am young at heart, but I am wise with experience in both my personal and professional life. I believe in the mind and body connection and incorporate a lot of mindfulness exercises to help individuals feel better emotionally and physically. When we take some time to listen to our bodies, we find the ability to better take care of ourselves and truly understand what we need. I believe in the importance of self-care and self-love which will ultimately attract the life you want and help improve relationships with others. When we allow ourselves to embrace our vulnerabilities, we can come out on top as stronger, more confident individuals and accomplish our goals.
I have gone through my own journey of self-discovery and created a new and improved version of myself, which has allowed me to live the life I want. I cherish the opportunity to be able to share that knowledge with others and help them achieve the same. I am here as a partner in your journey to help you find relief from emotional distress, provide a safe place to share your concerns, and provide guidance towards finding your best self.
At this time I only accept self-paying clients ($100 per hour) and I do not accept insurance.
